1. This prize draw is promoted by Research Now Ltd a company registered in England under company number: 03975073 whose registered office is at 39 York Road, London, SE1 7NQ (Research Now).

   2. These terms and conditions shall apply to all entries into the prize draw. You will automatically be entered into the prize draw to win a €100 "One4all" gift card when you register to become a Irish Opinions panellist.

   3. This is not a lottery and no payment is required to enter into the prize draw. There is only one prize per draw and no alternative or cash prize is offered. Delivery to an Irish address is included in the prize.

   4. Only one entry per person is permitted to the prize draw. You must be a resident of the Ireland and 16 years of age or over to enter into this prize draw. This prize draw is not open to employees of Research Now or its subsidiary, group or associated companies, or their agents or families.

   5. All entries to the prize draw must be received by Research Now by 23.59 on 30th November 2010.

   6. The winner shall be selected within 30 days of the Closing Date by means of a random draw from all entries received by Research Now by the Closing Date by a person selected by Research Now.

   7. The winner will be notified via email to the email address provided by you when registering as a panellist at www.irishopinions.com within 30 days of the draw taking place. To claim your prize you must respond to the email within 10 days of the notification email being sent. Failure to claim the prize within the specified time shall result in a further draw taking place and a new winner being selected.

   8. Research Now does not accept responsibility for any lost, late or misdirected entries of any network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry or any electronic communication by you or Research Now.

   9. If any act, omission, event or circumstances occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Research Now and which prevents Research Now from complying with these terms and conditions, Research Now will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and Research Now reserves the right (to the fullest extent permitted by any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the prize draw or alternatively substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value.

  10. Except in the case of damage arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, and so far as is permitted by law; Research Now and its associated companies, officers, employees and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) arising in connection with this prize draw, the promotion of this prize draw, from the use of the prize or from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize.

  11. If you win the prize you agree to Research Now publishing the fact that you won the prize and providing your name to other entrants. You may find out the name of the winner by sending a stamped address envelope to Research Now at the above address.

  12. This prize draw and these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you and Research Now hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
